Joel Goodson is no longer a fun loving, out of control teenager; he is all grown up and is now making more sensible transactions and has just hit it big on the stock market. When business tycoon Ted Turner attempts to bankrupt Goodson, he teams up with fellow billionaires Donald Trump and Bill Gates to try and take down the evil Ted Turner, but not before the three of them make some mutual transactions of their own.
